"I called this office in a panic about insurance on a car I bought last month (long story), and I can’t say enough good things about the ladies who assisted me. Tyra, who first took my call, was extremely kind, reassuring, and helpful. She listened patiently and with compassion while I explained the situation, and then she transferred me to Tiffany, the account manager who will handle my account. Tiffany was equally kind and helpful, and made useful suggestions about products that would enable me to claim a multi-policy discount without coming across like a ‘pushy salesperson.’ This was my first time interacting with this particular office and they both made a wonderful first impression. I was considering looking at other companies, but because of these ladies, I may continue my decades-long relationship with State Farm."

"The team has been very patient and helpful, I initially contacted them a year ago and decided to switch both of my vehicles over to Angie Sue. *** Update*** Once I was officially on board it went down the hill, it turns out I received a fine from the state for lack of coverage as I was not covered as I thought I was. After many calls and follow up, this was resolved. Then I received an increase of 80% on my policy... No reply to emails or calls. Switching to another insurance."
