"The team has been very patient and helpful, I initially contacted them a year ago and decided to switch both of my vehicles over to Angie Sue. *** Update*** Once I was officially on board it went down the hill, it turns out I received a fine from the state for lack of coverage as I was not covered as I thought I was. After many calls and follow up, this was resolved. Then I received an increase of 80% on my policy... No reply to emails or calls. Switching to another insurance."

"I’m writing this review purely for Ameera. I recently switched over to state farm since my old car insurance expired, and I had some issues with my billing from state farm, and tried to reach out numerous times in order to get it resolved. Ameera however, was the only one who stepped up and told me everything I needed to do in order to get my issue fixed.
