"What a difference in agents office can make when you’re trying to change your auto and home insurance! I’ve been with StateFarm practically my entire adult life. I recently moved from Oregon to Atlanta, and the agent I initially chose was always unavailable, non-responsive, and very unhelpful! While searching for a new agent, it came across Angie Brown’s office! Thank goodness I did! From the woman who answered the phone, to the agent that handled everything for me, it was above and beyond professional, and extremely helpful! "Had a renter’s insurance with them, even after telling explicitly to cancel it on a certain date they canceled it way before(and blamed it as system error). And even after calling almost 20 times(they only picked up twice and didn’t take any action) and quite a few emails(no replies) they took zero action. Never been disappointed like this before, it shows lack of accountability, concern and empathy for customers."
